OVERVIEW:NAP Builders & Consultants has been in business as a General Contractor for over 40 years performing new construction, additions, renovations and repairs of residential and commercial properties. As a licensed and insured contractor, and using a cadre of high quality and properly licensed sub-contractors, it has performed many new construction projects as well as others involving repairs and restorations of damages covered by property and general liability insurance.
In addition to its building activities, it has provided consulting services to many insurance companies, providing independent estimates and quotes when needed to assist insurance companies to determine the scope and costs of repairs and to settle difficult or complex claims.

Reviewing plans and specifications for constructability; Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets; Recommending alternatives to designs and/or specifications for lower costs; Contracting with and managing qualified sub-contractors to meet schedules and quality standards; Having regular meetings with the client to review progress and resolve any discovered conditions that may affect the project; Developing and ensuring compliance with, measures to maintain a safe and secure work site;

Assisting company adjusters with the costs to repair covered damages that involve unusual materials or labor for a repair of like kind and quality; Testify in reference hearings to defend our conclusions and costs;
Perform the actual rest orations for our quoted costs if the homeowner chooses to use us as their general contractor.
